Meet Nurse Nancy

I’m Nancy Tanner. I’ve been a registered nurse since 1991 in a variety of roles. In 2018, I became a widow, and since then, I’ve had multiple surgeries and hospital stays—kidney stones, a gallbladder episode, breast reduction, and fat transfer.

One thing that kept coming up was how hard it is to navigate recovery alone. I have amazing friends and two wonderful sons, but many people are uncomfortable or lack the knowledge of helping with pain medication or wound care.

It made me think—what if I could care for patients the way I would want to be cared for? That’s exactly what I set out to do.

We provide personalized postoperative care, tailored to your specific needs, for elective and cosmetic procedures, all in the comfort of your home.

Recovering from plastic or elective surgery can be overwhelming without the right support. I provide private, in-home care to help you recover safely and with confidence.

With over 10 years of PACU (post-anesthesia care unit) experience, I offer skilled nursing services that include medication management, drain and wound care, monitoring for changes, and transportation from the recovery room to your home. I also serve as your patient advocate and stay in direct communication with your physician to ensure proper follow up and support.

Serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, my concierge nursing service is built around your recovery needs, giving you experienced, professional care right at home.
